Working at Golden Spoon gave me the opportunity grow as a young professional in the service industry as well as be boosted my creativity and confidence as an individual. JusCollege

JusCollege is a start up company only 6 years old.
JusCollege can be viewed as a unique college concierge experience. We specialize in customized formals, weekenders, date parties, banquets, ceremonies and special events for college students.
We also plan several exciting programs every semester! These trips range from ski resort takeovers to Cabo spring break. We even have expanded into the music festival market. Programs are open to the public so anyone can purchase this! The programs normally include, airfare or charter bus, hotel, drinks tickets, food packages and even VIP club access! We currently market to college students.

JusCollege only employees 35 people. We host anywhere from 5 to 15 formals every weekend and roughly 10 programs a semester. However, programs can have multiple weeks to chose from. For example, we fully occupy 5 hotels exclusively for JusCollege clients for a total of 5 weeks. Students can pick what week they would like to go.

My weekly projects included: shadowing of flight audits, contract formation, Google Doc organization/maintenance, Customer Service communication, Operations before, during and post event strategies/tactics, room block submissions, name changing on room reservation organization, logistics of events and many more useful learning experiences.
